RCRA Facility Investigation (RFI) Report Library

FMC is required to undertake a RCRA Facility Investigation (RFI) and to submit RFI reports in accordance with the corrective action process under RCRA and the requirements of a 1991 Administrative Order on Consent among FMC, EPA and NYSDEC.

FMC Corp. has submitted Volumes I, II, IV and V of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Facility Investigation (RFI) Reports regarding the historic air deposition, the Culvert 105 and Tributary One environmental study areas in Middleport, N.Y.
