FMC is conducting environmental studies relative to possible historic releases of contaminants from the FMC Middleport plant under the terms of an administrative order on consent with the US Environmental Protection Agency and the NY State Department of Environmental Conservation and as required under the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).

Throughout the CMS Tasks, FMC will be contacting residents in the CMS study areas to inform you of opportunities to participate in CMS activities such as the following online surveys.


FMC believes it is important that residents provide input regarding the CMS throughout the process. There will be several public meetings and opportunities to learn about the study activities, to ask questions, and to provide feedback on the CMS.

Follow-up computer survey access sessions for Tree Preservation Measures Survey to be held on March 22 & 23, 2010 from 10 AM to 8 PM at FMC's 15 Main Street office.
